Shipping

Shipments are made via express courier and reach all locations in Italy within an estimated 2–5 business days.
Delivery times begin once the order has been processed—specifically, when you receive notification that the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Please note that the delivery times indicated by Silence Limited are purely indicative. Any delays or deliveries split into multiple shipments do not entitle you to refuse the goods or to claim refunds or compensation.

Prices and payment methods

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of taxes and VAT.
Any additional costs related to shipping or payment methods will always be communicated to the Customer in advance, either via the website or in these Conditions of Sale.

Card payment

You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card.
We accept major card networks: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and UnionPay.
Prepaid cards are also accepted, such as Postepay and all cards belonging to the VISA Electron network.

Cash on delivery (only for Italy)

You can pay in cash upon delivery of the purchased products.
There is no minimum or maximum amount for using this payment method.

Payment with PayPal

PayPal is a secure and instant online payment system.
Payment can be made by logging directly into your PayPal account. Details regarding the account or the linked card are managed entirely by PayPal.
Upon completion of the transaction, the customer will receive an email notification confirming the payment.

Payment with Klarna
